We analyze each case. If the machine were compromised because of a defect of safety of our spring, we cure the problem. If it is responsibility for the customer (software not up to date, bad patches, etc), we warn the customer and let us commit it to do what it is necessary within best the time. We can also carry out these updates or patchs ourself (paying intervention) if necessary.
